To being healthy and fit the the dose care is very necessary, excess of eating causes fatness while lack of causes weakness.
Acting on these tips, you will nither be fat nor weak.For this, you have to understand some of important facts ...
1: You must get up early in the morning, when you will sleep in time in night you must be awakened early in the morning automatically.
2: In early morning, do excercise, if you can't excercise, you may go out from your home and take breakfast instead of lunch in lunch time.
3: In empty stomache 1 glass water must be drunk.
4: Many of people have replaced breakfast by coffee, it should be never.
5: To take poison is better than to drinking of coffee of water after breakfast.
6: If water coffee will be drunk it may causes canser.
7: And your stomache and colon will be damaged.
8: Before and after eating, make your habbit to brush your teeth by toothpaste. In this way, deseases of stomache and colon will be away from you.
9: You can drink coffee at 10 in morning but before this if you eat 2 fruits you will never feel the need of doctor.
10: The lunch must be eaten during 12PM to 1PM.
11: A little before lunch, water should be drunk so your stomache will digest the dose earlier.
12: After three hour later of lunch don't drink water similarly shouldn't drink after dinner.
13: If you regularly drink water after eating so you have to changer your habbit. First day, drink water after 10 minutes and increase the time gradually everyday.
14: Someones who have problem of urinery or some drops come after urine will be cured.
15: Heatness of liver also be finished.
16: Your face will be always fresh.
17- Skin will be bright.
18- If you would act upon, you'll save from many diseases.
19- Then 4PM, you can eat some lightweight food with coffee. Not necessary that must be chicken or motton in lunch.
20- Food should simple and use of salad must be with it so that stomache will not be heated up. No matter how food is you have made. You can make 3 things instead of 1 but these should simple and must take 2 fruits with it.
21- If you've made the fried things and The spices etc. a part of your food then you will either be weaker or fat.
22: Dinner would be eaten at least 3 hours before dinner and brush before and after it.
23- You will never suffer in many diseases like blood pressure problem, kidney disease, canser, lake of blood, fatness and sugar by acting on these simple things.
